WHAT IS ASEPTIC IRANIAN TOMATO PASTE?
History has shown that in the beginning of human civilization, there was no need to pack food, because people went from place to place to get food until they found permanent shelters. In such circumstances, they had to collect food from different places and bring it to their place of residence. This need led to the use of the first types of packaging in the form of dried pumpkins, oysters, leaves, animal skins and other natural materials. Animal skins were used to transfer water, milk, yogurt, oil or buttermilk. They used animal horns to transport and store food and agricultural products (bamboo is still used to store food in the tropics.) In general, the advent of the Industrial Revolution really revolutionized the system of commodity production. The Industrial Revolution confronted the world with the eruption of various industrial goods.
ASEPTIC TOMATO PASTE
Aseptic actually means disinfection, but in the industry it is also referred to as product packaging. Aseptic increases the stability of a product. The aseptic process is referred to as the process in which the packaged product does not need to be refrigerated. This process is used as a suitable substitute for freezing foods such as tomato paste, milk, yogurt, eggs, and so on.
Aseptic blue barrels weighing 230 kg are one type of tomato paste packaging. After the production, tomato paste is filled in completely hygienic and sterilized nylons and placed in these barrels. The barrel caps will be sealed and then ready to be loaded for export.
Outside of the refrigerator and in the open air, aseptic packing allows the paste to last longer. This is the most important advantage of aseptic packaging. Bulk samples must be kept in the refrigerator, although aseptic samples do not require this.
